Tutorial: Little girls tulle and fabric ruffle skirt

Jess from The Sewing Rabbit shares a tutorial for making this little girls fabric and tulle ruffled skirt. Three of the four rows of ruffles on this pretty skirt are a floaty tulle, and one a cotton print. I don’t normally think of tulle as a fall fabric (except for Halloween costumes), but the earthy tones make the one she made look like fall. She gives measurements to make them in little girls sizes 2T – 8 years.
