Tutorial: Little girl’s twirly pom pom skirt

Preethi from WIDI shares a tutorial for making this little girl’s pom pom twirly skirt. She calls it the Nirma skirt. It’s a gathered circle skirt with lots of swish when it’s twirled. The pom pom trim on this skirt is super fun! She uses not one, but two, types of pom pom trim – a larger pom pom trim hanging from a drop waist, and a smaller pom pom trim around the hem.
