Tutorial: Long fringe knit skirt

Shauna at Shwin & Shwin shows how you can sew this long fringe skirt from knit fabric. She shows it for a little girl, but this style would work for any age really. The double layers let you have long fringe but plenty of coverage. The top layer fringe starts at the thigh, but the lower layer has a solid skirt that goes to the knee before being fringed.
