Autumm from It’s Always Autumn show show to make a long-sleeved version of her Easy Tee. The original Easy Tee has short sleeves cut on to the main front and back pieces. She uses those same pieces for the long-sleeved version, stitching the longer sleeve pieces to the bottom of the original short sleeves. It creates a laid back look, with the sleeve seams off the shoulder. She gives a link to the original Easy Tee post where you can download a free pattern (in a size large) or find directions to draft your own. Go to It’s Always Autumn for the tutorial.

You have lots of good ideas but the fit needs more attention in the shoulder and armhole area. Visually follow the stripes.
