Tutorial: Make a lovely summer skirt from a scarf

Sachiko from Tea Rose Home guest blogs at Brassy Apple, showing how you can refashion a large scarf into a summer skirt. You’ll need a larger scarf for this project. A scarf measuring 24? x 72? will make a skirt size XS to M. If you need a larger skirt, you could piece together two scarves, perhaps a large rectangle and a narrower skirt.
