MamaNene from Serger Pepper shares a tutorial at So Sew Easy showing how you can make a quick narrow hem on your sewing machine using a rolled hem presser foot. The curl of the foot helps guide your fabric into a narrow folded edge right before the needle stitches it down. This is GREAT for hemming fabrics that don’t like to be ironed or for curved edges that will go wonky if you try to press in a deeper hem. I don’t have one of these feet yet, but it’s on my wishlist so maybe I’ll get one from Santa this year.
