My 8-year-old daughter loves what I call, “poofy dresses.” They’re the dresses with a fitted bodice and big ol’ poofy skirt. Tight gathers hep get the fullness in the skirt, but for true poofy you need a petticoat. They’re not exactly easy to find in the store, but Jodi from Sew Fearless shows how you can make one. Get the tute.
