Tif from T. Matthews Fine Art shares a tutorial on her blog for making this fluffy anemone pom pom out of jersey fabric. The soft jersey fabric won’t fray; in fact, it rolls a bit at the ends for some fun texture. She uses hers to make a cute hairclip for her daughter.
