Skip the plastic wrap! Patti from Hearth & Vine (formerly Garden Matters) shows how you can sew fabric bowl covers. Each one takes just a fat quarter and some elastic. They’ll fit over the tops of your bowls and help keep the air off your food. Use them for storing leftovers in the fridge, or for keeping the flies off your food at a picnic. The elastic around the edges makes them adjustable to different sizes of bowls.
