Cintia from My Poppet shows how you can make kid leggings from one of your old long-sleeved t-shirts. The sleeves will become the legs, and a portion of the shirt body will be used for the waistband. If you keep the cuff or sleeve hem intact, you can avoid having to hem the leggings.
