Tutorial: Marking darts on fabric, 3 methods

Darts add shaping to garments.  They’re fold or tucks, typically wedge shaped, taken from the fabric.  In order to sew a dart accurately, you’ll need to mark the points and the seam line.  Beth from Sunnygal Studio shares a tutorial at Craftsy showing three ways to mark a dart, including tailor’s tacks, transfer or tracing paper, and pin and pencil methods.
