Adrianna from Hey June patterns shows how you can adapt a basic t-shirt sewing pattern to make it a maternity shirt. It keeps all of the casual styling of a fitted t-shirt, but with extra room for a pregnant belly. Her adaptation widens the shirt and adds ruching at the belly and hip.
