Happy was the day I figured out the secret to a perfect microwaved baked potato. If you cook the potato in a bag, it’ll stay moist and get cooked evenly. Becky from Patchwork Posse shows how you can make a fabric bag for microwaving a potato. It’s made from two layers of quilting cotton and 100% cotton batting. (The 100% cotton is VERY important for the fabrics and the batting.)
