Usually I’ve seen fabric baby blocks sewn up from charm packs or similarly sizes squares of fabric. And that size does make a nice large fabric block. But these blocks made by Alicia from Sew What Alicia are made from mini charm squares (2.5″), which creates a fun smaller sized block. She’s got a tutorial on her blog showing how to make them.
