Tutorial: Mini Christmas stocking garland

Melissa from Polkadot Chair shows how to make the cutest mini Christmas stocking garland. The little stockings are roughly 5″ tall and attach to twine with clips. Keep them empty or fill them with small treats or Christmas quotes. You could also keep them as individual stockings and hang them on a Christmas tree.
