Blankets are quick to make. The only time consuming step is finishing the edges. Julia from Riley Blake Designs shows how to make a blanket from knit fabric, with a raw edge binding that finishes quickly. The knit binding finishes off the raw edges of the blanket, but the edges of the binding are left raw. Knit won’t fray so there’s no worry about any raveling. If anything, they’ll just curl up a little. Add extra pop to the blanket by using several different knit prints for the binding.
