When it’s hot outside, there’s nothing like something cold on the back of your neck to cool you down! Stacy from Stacy Sews shares a tutorial at We All Sew showing how you can sew up a cooling scarf. It’s a narrow scarf filled with water saving crystals that hold water. Chill the scarf to get it cool, then tie it around your neck and it’ll help keep you cool out in the heat!
