Tutorial: No-sew 4th of July stars and stripes tank

This flag back tank would be so cute to wear to a 4th of July picnic or concert. Anne from WobiSobi shares a tutorial at I Love To Create showing how you can make one, with no sewing required. She starts with a plain tee and cuts it to this loose fit tank. She uses fabric paint to add the stars and stripes to the back and a red, white, and blue heart to the front.
