Tutorial: No-sew drawstring sweatshirt skirt

Anne from WobiSobi shows how you can create this cool drawstring sweatshirt skirt, with no sewing required. All you need to make it are a large sweatshirt big enough to fit comfortably around your hips, a scrap of t-shirt knit to use for the drawstring, and a pair of scissors.
