Tutorial: No-sew elastic bookmarks

Steph from The Silly Pearl shows how you can make elastic ribbon bookmarks, with no sewing required.  They’d make awesome teacher gifts, especially if given wrapped around a book or journal or with a book store gift card attached.  This is a great way to use up those shorter bits of novelty or fold over elastic, too short to be used on a clothing project but too big to just toss.
