This fluffy heart DIY rag wreath makes a pretty Valentine’s Day decoration! Simple Simon & Co. shares a tutorial at Polka Dot Chair showing how you can create one. You don’t even have to sew to make it! You’ll need lots of strips of fabric in a variety of shades and prints, which makes t his a great scrap busting project!
