Make bright fabric luggage tags so your bags are easy to spot!  Melissa from Polka Dot Chair shares a tutorial showing how.  You don’t even need to know how to sew, because this is a no-sew project!  The luggage tags have a pocket with a clear vinyl window where you can slide a business card or paper with your contact information, in case your bags get lost.
