Elizabeth from simple Simon & Co. shares a tutorial at I Heart Naptime showing how you can make these folded fabric Christmas ornaments. The star design looks like patchwork but is made with no sewing at all, just folded fabric layered and pinned into a Styrofoam ball.
Sewing is a wonderful way to show someone you care, and with a little time and work, you can create something truly unique. Not to add, handcrafted presents are frequently appreciated due to the time and work needed.
So, if you’re feeling crafty this Christmas season, why not try your hand at sewing?

Many studies claim that the Japanese originated origami around a thousand years ago, however its origins might be in China. It is also quite likely that the folding method was used on other materials before the paper was developed, therefore the origins of leisure folding may be traced back to cloth or leather.
