Liz from Say Yes shows how you can make this peppermint stripe Christmas tree skirt. The sewing is simple, or you could use glue (or fusible hem tape) and make it a no-sew project. At first glance I thought the striped pattern was pieced, but it turns out that it is painted on. Pom pom fringe is a fun way to finish the outer edge.
