Kelly from Kelly Hicks Design shows how you can make this gorgeous ruffle wreath – with no sewing required! I am loving it in the soft baby pink that she used, but this would be pretty in any color. How about an earthy tone for fall – or a jewel tone or metallic for Christmas. Her baby pink (because I really really love it in pink!) would also be beautiful for Christmas, with silver accents for a vintage look.
