If you have a toddler in your house, chances are you’ve decided not to decorate your Christmas tree with your fancy breakable ornaments.  Why take the chance?  The breakable ones might be out of rotation for this year, but you can still make your tree look pretty.  Katie from Choo Choo Skadoo shows how you can make toddler-proof fabric covered ornaments for your tree, with no sewing required.  They’re quick and easy to make and, BONUS, when you’re no longer needing toddler proof ornaments you can repurpose the fabric for another project.

Sewing Pattern – DIY Beach Towel Bag

If you are like me you want an easy way to carry your towel and a few items to the beach but don’t want a bag just to hold those things.

So I came up with the idea to make a beach towel bag. This way it is a bag that can hold a few items but also function as your towel. I love it! I share with you how you can make your own beach towel bag.

This is an easy sewing project that is perfect for summer! I even made a few for my kids so they each have their own. Start sewing this fun bag today.
