Tutorial: No-sew waving flag 4th of July shirt

Ginger from Gingerly Made used ric rac and a bow to make this waving flag 4th of July shirt for her daughter. It’s a no-sew project and she shares a tutorial showing how you can do it. She uses glue to put it together, but you could also take it to your sewing machine and stitch the pieces down if you wanted. Go to Gingerly Made for the tute.
