Roslyn from Sew Delicious shares a tutorial on her blog showing how to make an oilcloth peg bag that you can keep outside on your clothesline. The sturdy oilcloth can hold up to the elements. A cotton panel is stitched to the bottom to keep water from pooling inside the waterproof pouch. It hangs from a metal handle repurposed from a clotheshanger. Go to her tutorial.
