Tutorial: Patchwork hanging plastic bag holder

Becky from Patchwork Posse shows how you can use your fabric scraps to make a plastic bag holder. The fabric sleeve holds those plastic grocery and shopping bags so you can use them again rather than sending them straight to the landfill. You can hang the bag holder from hook or doorknob. You put the bags in the top, and pull them from a hole in the bottom when you need one.
