It’s a sleeveless dress with a simple round neck and high waist. You can bind the neck and arm holes with a contrast fabric, like she did with the stripes in the dress you see in this photo. Her free pattern comes in a little girls size 3. If you need another size, you could adjust up or down using a top that fits your child to gauge size.
