Abby from Sew Much Ado shares a tutorial at The Creative Spark showing how you can make a personalized notebook cover.  It has pockets on the inside to hold a pencil or a small notepad or other small items.  She made hers from a custom fabric print for a truly personalized notebook cover, but you could also give make it your own by using any fabric print you love.

Easy Cosmetics Bag Sewing Pattern
