Tutorial: Plastic pumpkins made pretty with fabric

Cristina from Remodelando la Casa shows how you can use strips of fabric to transform inexpensive (and frankly, tacky) plastic pumpkins into cute autumn décor. Set some out on your front porch, or do what she did and use them to make a beautiful tablescape. You can use fabric strips or fussy cut large motifs out of the fabric to decoupage on to the pumpkins. When you’re done, it’ll look nothing like the cheap plastic pumpkin you started with!
