Tutorial: Boy’s pleated ruffle shirt

ruffleshirtRuffles only for girls, you say?  Celina from Petit a Petit and Family guest blogs at See Kate Sew with a tutorial showing how to make a ruffle shirt for a boy.  It’s not a frilly ruffle, though.  These are pleated ruffles, and they’re stitched down either side of the button placket, creating a tuxedo style shirt.  It can go formal when worn with a bow tie and dress pants, or casual when paired with jeans.  Go to her guest post to get the tutorial.
