Melissa from Blank Slate Patterns and Melly Sews shows how to make this beautiful pleated wrap skirt. The short skirt has deep pleats and a waist band tied in a big bow at the side. And because it’s a wrap skirt, you’ve got some flexibility in the waist sizing and there’s no need for zippers or buttons. You can make it in any size based on your measurements.
