Kate Colleran, author of Smash Your Precut Stash! shares a tutorial at the C & T Publishing blog showing how you can make a pot holder from a fat quarter.  You can actually get 2 pot holders from 1 fat quarter.  She used 2 fat quarters to give different prints on each side, so she ended up with a total of 4 matching pot holders.
