Amy from Joyful Daisy shows how you can make this recycled jeans bean bag pouf. This is a great project for a teen! They can kick back in the bean bag pouf while watching TV or playing video games. The bottom portion of the pouf is made from a patchwork of old jeans – with the back pockets stitched around to make places to hold remotes and gadgets and such. The top is made from a soft fleece. She used a purchased pattern to make the pouf (Simplicity Teen 5105), but she shows how to adapt it to incorporate the jeans. If you can’t find this particular pattern, this adaptation will work with any basic pouf pattern.
