Sew4Home shares a tutorial for making a pillow edged with prairie points. The back is an envelope closure with buttons, with three prairie points accenting each buttonhole. They used a package of pre-cut charm squares to make all of the folded triangles, but you could also just hit your scrap bin for these pieces. Their cutting measurements will make a 20″ pillow. They also include a link to a tutorial showing how to make a coordinating pillow with a patchwork ruffle trim.
