Tutorial: Printed fabric luggage tag

Em from That Crafty Mrs. V will be going on a trip soon, and needed a way to easily identify the family’s suitcases. She made these brightly colored fabric luggage tags. One side is a fun fabric design, while the other is printed with the owner’s name and address.
