Tutorial: Quick little fabric basket

Nicolette from Archie and the Rug guest blogs at Pearls & Scissors with a tutorial showing how to make a small fabric basket. It’s a quick little project. You can use the basket as a pretty presentation for a Christmas gift. Or use it around your house to collect stray bits like keys and pocket change. She uses a home dec weight fabric for the outside and a quilting weight cotton for the lining, so they have enough body to stand up on their own.
