Tutorial: Quick method for an elastic casing
Caroline from Sew Can She shows her quick method for making an elastic casing. She calls it her cheater’s waistband because it does cut some corners, but cutting corners is okay sometimes. This method would be totally acceptable for simple projects like a pair of PJs or basic gathered skirt.
