Anne from Domesblissity wanted to have fabric napkins at her wedding reception, but she was on a budget. Instead of busting the budget, she made them! 50 of them. The fabric came from a thrifted bedding set, so it was not expensive at all. And it was a quick project because she simplified the construction. She shares a tutorial telling how she did it.
