Natalie from My Little Secrets refashioned a strapless dress into a cute cropped top and matching skirt. Great idea!! The dress fit a little too tightly through the chest, so she added strips of elastic at the back to extend it some. She added straps and a waistband from the same elastic. It makes a cute new outfit!
