Zhenya from Being Zhenya made this summer tote out of a burlap rice sack, with a freebie tote bag serving as the lining. With the lining made from an existing bag, all she needed to do was cut the lining bag down to fit and stitch it inside the rice sack. Go to her blog for the tute.
