Tutorial: Reusable mop pads

I’m totally hooked on mops with removable pads.  I mean, how did we ever mop our floors before?  But what I  don’t like is having to buy those disposable pads.  So much money and so much waste!  Luckily, reusable pads are super easy to make!  A Few Shortcuts has a tutorial showing how.  You can sew up a set of them in less time than it takes to go to the store and buy some!

Sewing Pattern – DIY Beach Towel Bag

If you are like me you want an easy way to carry your towel and a few items to the beach but don’t want a bag just to hold those things.

So I came up with the idea to make a beach towel bag. This way it is a bag that can hold a few items but also function as your towel. I love it! I share with you how you can make your own beach towel bag.

This is an easy sewing project that is perfect for summer! I even made a few for my kids so they each have their own. Start sewing this fun bag today.
