Tutorial: Revamp your shoes with paint and decoupageWho is loving these shoes?  I know I am!  The bright florals are so happy for spring and summer!  Mark Montano shows how you can use paint and fabric decouprage to remake a pair of boring pumps into showstopping footwear.  You’ll need so me paint and some fabric for decoupage – and of course a pair of plain pumps.  He includes a video so you can watch what to do, or written instructions if you prefer reading them.
