Tutorial: Rotate sewing pattern darts

Darts allow you to shape a garment by pinching out excess fabric. Though a sewing pattern might have the darts coming in from the side, you can easily adjust the pattern to have the darts coming in from the shoulder. Melissa from Blank Slate Patterns and Melly Sews shows how you can rotate darts in a sewing pattern. She includes a short video showing the different placements for darts in a basic blouse pattern. She then show show how to use a rotated dart to create different looks.
