Tutorial: Ruffle hem shirt refashion

I love a button up shirt, but they never look right at the hips. The bottom of the shirt hits right at the hip, which isn’t exactly a flattering look. Cintia from My Poppet refashioned a button up shirt, shortening it and giving it a ruffle at the hip. It updates the look of a basic button up, giving it a fun and flirty look.
