Ashley from Make It and Love It shares a tutorial on her blog showing how she made a matching romper and sundress for her little girls. Both versions have a ruffle across the top, but one style is made into a romper while the other into a sundress with a ruffled hem. She includes the cutting dimensions to make a romper for a child aged 18-24 months, and a dress for a child’s size 5-6. You could adjust the sizes up or down as needed. Get the tutorial.
