Crystal from Stitched by Crystal shares a tutorial for making her Saltwater Taffy Skirt for little girls. It’s a pretty little gathered skirt made from a patchwork of coordinating prints. She used the Saltwater fabric line from Rile Blake Designs, but it would look nice out of any mix of fabrics. She gives measurements to make the skirt in little girls sizes 2-8.
