Pretty Ditty shows how you can make a scarf/shawl from the skirt of a dress. (You could also just use a skirt.) The ends of the scarf are embellished with little bobble clusters for added interest.
I’m thinking of all of those rayon skirts and dresses I wore throughout the 90s. If you don’t still have them packed away in your house somewhere, I’m sure they’d be easy to find at thrift stores or garage sales. Go to the tutorial.
